Terms of Use

Version 2026-07-10 · Australia

Placeholder — indicative terms pending legal review. Not yet a binding legal document.

1. About InfraDBM

InfraDBM is a closed, invite-based infrastructure procurement marketplace for Australia. It connects buyers who price bills of materials and raise enquiries with suppliers who quote and fulfil the work. Access is granted to verified organisations only.

2. Accounts and eligibility

You must register with accurate organisation details (including a valid ABN) and keep them current. You are responsible for activity under your account. Buyer and supplier accounts are subject to review before access is granted.

3. Orders are completed on-platform

Where an enquiry, quote or introduction originates on InfraDBM, any resulting order must be transacted and completed on the platform. Circumventing InfraDBM to complete an introduced order off-platform is a breach of these terms. This protects both sides of a marketplace built on qualified, verified counterparties and is why suppliers accept these terms before they see a buyer's identity.

4. Estimates and pricing

Cost Estimation Enquiries produce indicative, ex-GST pricing for tendering and are not an offer or a formal RFQ. All amounts are in Australian dollars, exclusive of GST, which is shown separately. Indicative estimates carry no commitment by either party.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, submit false information, or use another organisation's confidential pricing outside the enquiry it was given for. Supplier responses shared with one buyer are confidential to that buyer.

6. Privacy

We handle personal and business information in line with our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes bump the version above and may require re-acceptance. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
