What we collect

Organisation details (name, ABN, state, sector), the contact details of users you register, and the content you create on the platform (estimates, enquiries, invitations, responses and messages).

How we use it

To operate the marketplace — verifying organisations, connecting buyers and suppliers, delivering enquiries and responses, and improving the service. We do not sell your personal information.

Who can see it

Your data is scoped to your organisation. A buyer's identity is disclosed to a supplier only after that supplier registers and accepts our Terms of Use. Supplier responses shared with a buyer are confidential to that buyer.

Storage and security

Data is held in managed cloud infrastructure with access controls and row-level security. We retain information for as long as your account is active or as required by law.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our legal and record-keeping obligations.
